Leadership development is about being authentic as a leader and being able to look and manoeuvre both in the outside world as well as inside your own leadership world.
Since 2005 I have worked with leadership development concepts and processes in Asia. My leadership philosophy is based on the development of personal leadership and personal followership and linking them together. I help managers create a leadership style that works best for them by exploring own insight. I use situational leadership as a basic offset in order to understand and apply different leadership styles. I use personality tests for the sake of getting closer to the personal self. These tests are less familiar in Asia but have proven their worth.
